Agent's FAQ's

  How can we determine whether we will be eligible to become agents?
Agent should have the remittance license from the Central bank or any other licenses of the residing country of the agent to carry out money transfer services.

  How can I apply for an agency?
There is an online application that can be filled and sent to us either through email or fax.

  How long does it take to induct a new agent into the system?
Once all formalities are completed, it takes one week to induct the new agent into the system.

  How many countries/agents would I have access to in the system?
Agents will be able to access all the countries available under the IC network subject to the local monetary and compliance law.

  What is the investment required for agency from my end?
This depends on the credit limit approved for the agent by Instant Cash.

  How is the account settled?
Accounts are settled on a regular basis.

  Will my people be trained by you?
Yes, training can be given at the agent end or the principals end, which ever is most convenient. Online training can also be given to the agents.

  Is there a customer support service available?
Yes
